David Ebner, Esq., is an exploration and production lawyer, working with a small Denver firm. He's a past president of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation and has taught as an adjunct professor at DU, including a semester as their Distinguished Natural Resources Practitioner in Residence. He has been at the same firm for nearly 38 years, although that firm has added a number of names and lost all of its punctuation while he has been there.
