Connie L. Peterson
Connie Peterson, Esq., is a retired District Judge, mediator and arbitrator. She was appointed to the bench in 1985 and served as Chief Judge, Second Judicial District from 1993 - 2000. She was also a shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schrecht, P.C. Her arbitration experience includes international contract disputes, water rights and natural resources, software, finance, construction and employment cases. Judge Peterson is a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators and of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. She is also a member of the Large Complex Commercial and Construction Panels of American Arbitration Association.
