Leslie I. Hilton
Successpartner LlcLeslie I. Hilton, Esq., is a career and executive coach, consultant, speaker and author. Nominated for the Women's Vision Foundation Entrepreneurial Woman 2002 Award, Leslie founded SuccessPartner, LLC, in 1991in response to her recognition of the great need for services to support career success. Leslie pioneered career coaching for attorneys in the early '90s, partnering with Deborah Arron in bringing her groundbreaking seminar, “What Can You Do With A Law Degree?” to Colorado. Since then, Leslie has worked with hundreds of lawyers from all backgrounds (including judges, corporate counsel, private practitioners in large, small and solo firms, academics, non-profits, recent graduates, mothers with young children) to assist them in enhancing their career fit and achieving their career goals. Her track record of client success has established her national reputation as a top career and executive coach with integrity, credibility and expertise. She is known for her practical and client-centered approaches that support sustainable results. Leslie earned degrees from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Sociology with Distinction (B.A.), and Law (J.D.), and completed graduate coursework in career guidance at the University of Northern Colorado. Leslie holds the Master Certified Coach certification, the highest certification granted by the International Coach Federation. Leslie is certified in a variety of career assessment instruments. Her legal background includes private practice with Clanahan, Tanner, Downing & Knowlton of Denver (she was the first female attorney with the firm), corporate practice on the J.C. Penney legal staff, and solo practice. She has made her own successful transition out of law and practices what she preaches. Leslie is currently earning a Masters degree at Oxford University⁄UK and HEC⁄France in coaching and consulting for change. She is active in the community and has served as a board member and leader of three community non-profit organizations, including the Colorado Lawyers Health Program, as well as volunteering for school programs.
