Based in DC, Scarlett is a trusted resource to the government on issues related to international trade, export controls, IP, and CHIPS Act implementation. Prior to joining SEMI, Scarlett worked as a federal lobbyist at an international law firm where she represented Fortune 500 companies, Korean and Japanese conglomerates, and nonprofit organizations.
