Bryce Matthewson, Esq., is an experienced patent litigator before the UK courts, having represented clients in the pharma and biotech fields as well as in the medical devices, gaming, banking and FMCG sectors. Bryce has additionally coordinated a number of multi-jurisdictional matters across various European jurisdictions on behalf of various life sciences clients. Bryce also obtained experience as a patent litigator in South Africa and other African countries before joining Powell Gilbert in 2016. Prior to undertaking his legal studies, Bryce obtained a degree in Chemistry and Applied Chemistry which provides him with a solid technical foundation. Bryce became a partner at Powell Gilbert in 2024.
