B.C. Moore, Esq., is director, global intellectual property at Illumina, where he directs IP strategy for Illumina’s clinical genomics products, including NIPT and oncology solutions. He manages a team of IP attorneys experienced in the software and bioinformatics space and provides IP support for M&A due diligence, working with product development teams to advise on IP landscape and clearance, and to identify and protect innovations during development. He also provides strategic direction and manages global prosecution of a portfolio of in-licensed and Illumina-owned patents in the NIPT and oncology spaces.
