Sierra Grandy, Esq., is a nationally recognized neurodiversity educator, disability rights advocate, mental health keynote speaker, attorney, and founder of Questify Your Life LLC - a Multimedia Storytelling Studio & Creative Guild. Sierra helps organizations build workplaces and communities where every mind has a chance to thrive. Additionally, Sierra is an avid volunteer and leader in her community, with leadership roles within the National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI), the Minnesota State Advisory Council on Mental Health, and the Minnesota Disability Bar Association, where she uses her connections and resources to make a difference in the lives around her.
