Sam Harden, Esq., is a Florida-licensed attorney and technologist who writes and speaks regularly on the intersection of law, technology, and the way the justice system operates. He is currently an Innovation Strategist at Affinity Consulting Group. Previously he has worked as the Senior Innovation Manager with Pro Bono Net, a national technology non-profit, as well as Measures for Justice, and the Florida Justice Technology Center. He practiced law in both civil and criminal litigation, starting at Cole, Scott & Kissane, and eventually managing a two-lawyer firm. He lives in the Tampa Bay Area.
