Cedric . Ashley
Cedashco, IncCedric Ashley is an attorney licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York. Cedric is an ICF credentialed coach, trainer, and facilitator skilled at helping individuals, teams, and organizations successfully build resilience, enhance well-being, and thrive-even in times of uncertainty and change. Cedric is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Centenary University in the first cohort of the first ever accredited Doctoral level Happiness Studies degree program in the United States. Cedric uses scientific research and evidence-based practices to design and deliver high-impact development experiences. His work is grounded in the science of well-being, happiness, flourishing, and human performance. Cedric collaborates with clients across industries, cultures, and sectors- creating inclusive, energizing environments where people grow, connect, and perform at their best. Cedric also attained his M.A. in Happiness Studies from Centenary University, his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, his M.Div. from Drew University Theological School, and his B.A. from Rutgers University. His legal experience includes being a solo practitioner with Ashley Law Firm, as Director of Academic Development at Rutgers Law School, as a Litigation Associate with Pitney Hardin Kipp & Szuch (now Day Pitney), and as an Assistant District Attorney with the New York County District Attorney's Office.
