Jennifer Luce currently serves as the Executive Vice President of FirstBank leading the South Market. During her 22 year career at FirstBank, Jennifer has served in a variety of positions including analyzing and underwriting commercial and consumer loan requests, including mortgage, construction and business loans. She developed and lead the Business Lending group central to the bank’s 250 lending officers, and is responsible for growing loans annually over $40 million and deposits over $6 million. Jennifer managed and mentored a team of 21 officers that oversee the daily operations of their 10 branch market, and is responsible for the growth, profitability and operations of a $1 billion bank with 10 branches and 100+ employees. She was a member of the FirstBank Customer Development Committee and several internal focus groups representing the 275 FirstBank Officers. Jennifer was instructor for FirstBank’s Construction Lending program and for FirstBank’s Customer Development program. She also founded and Chaired FirstBank’s Advocacy program working with state and federal legislators. Jennifer is a proud mom of three and thankful for the never-ending support of her husband. She serves on the finance council at Our Lady of Loreto Church and pridefully volunteers in the kid's activities at Our Lady of Loreto School.
