Melinda Fouts, Ph.D., is an international executive coach with over 25 years of experience working with individuals and organizations. Melinda has been in private practice as a psychotherapist for over 20 years, during which she became an expert witness in court on domestic violence and child abuse. As the author of "Cognitive Enlightenment" and a speaker, Melinda brings her 25 years of experience as a Jungian-based psychotherapist to the coaching world. She leverages her strengths and insights from her psychology background to help leaders and managers succeed in all aspects. The owner and founder of "Success Starts with You," Melinda's approach is based on the premise that you are already successful. She emphasizes increasing self-awareness to boost emotional intelligence and unlock blind spots, which are crucial for continued success. Melinda uses assessments to enhance awareness and identify areas needing development. She is certified to administer the EQi – 2.0, the MBTI, and various leadership assessments. As a keynote speaker, Melinda engages and empowers her audience with her content. She was awarded the Top International Coach of the Year 2020 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) and the Empowered Woman of the Year award 2021 by the IAOTP. Melinda received her Ph.D. in Jungian Psychology from Saybrook University and her Master's in Psychology from Pacifica University. She has worked as a consultant with executives and businesses for over 20 years, presenting training sessions to organizations to unlock untapped potential. Her extensive experience and studies have enabled her to develop a unique craft for fine-tuning leadership development for peak performance.
