Abigail . Willis

Abigail Willis is a current 3L at the University of Denver. She is a fifth-generation Coloradoan who is excited about practicing in her home state, beginning with a post-graduate clerkship in Justice Maria E. Berkenkotter's chambers. In her time at DU, she has focused on practical studies, litigating a variety of cases in the Civil Litigation Clinic, externing with Colorado state court judges and litigation firms, and assisting clients in the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. Abigail's forthcoming Denver Law Review article, Inaccessible Courtrooms for Individuals with Non-Apparent Disabilities, combines her passion for litigation and her background in special education, and is the heart of her portion of the presentation.
