Lisa Hill has 20 years of combined dispute resolution and construction operations experience. Most recently, Lisa has served as a consultant for delays, with a focus on the construction industry. Lisa performs critical path and schedule delay analysis, issue research, issue analysis, calculations of damages, presentation of claims, and report drafting. She has project experience in field engineering, estimating, preconstruction, contract management, cost, schedule and change orders. Her legal and field experience includes a range of contract and project delivery types including lump sum, GMP, cost reimbursable, construction manager at risk, design-bid- build, and design-build (EPC). Projects include multi-family, education, bridge replacement, power generation, renewables, water treatment, oil & gas, tunnels, public infrastructure and transportation. Lisa's experience includes both public and private sectors.
