Alisa Bacon Sullivan is the Director of ADR Services for the American Arbitration Association's (AAA) Seattle office. She oversees the administration of Large Complex Commercial cases and leads market development efforts for the AAA's alternative dispute resolution services across a 14-state region: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Hawai'i, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. With 27 years of experience in the field of alternative dispute resolution, Alisa brings deep expertise in arbitration and mediation case management, and new arbitrator onboarding and training. She is also an active member of the AAA's internal pilot teams for generative AI initiatives-contributing to the development and enhancement of AI-powered tools designed to support both internal team efficiencies and services delivered to neutrals.
