Alisa Bacon Sullivan is a Director of ADR Services for the American Arbitration Association's (AAA) Seattle office. She is responsible for the administration of Large Complex Commercial cases and the market development of the AAA's ADR services across a 14-state region, which includes Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Hawai'i, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. With 27 years of experience in alternative dispute resolution, she has developed extensive expertise in arbitration and mediation administration, as well as new arbitrator training. Her work spans a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on the Energy, Sports, and Cannabis sectors.
