Cherish Children Adoption International (CCAI)

Kimberly Elstun is the Director of Country Programs at CCAI,  and has worked in all aspects of intercountry adoption for over 20 years. She joined CCAI in 2004 where she has played a vital role in finding loving adoptive families for over 13,350 children.  She currently oversees the Colombia and Taiwan adoption programs and has served families and children in the China and Haiti programs as well. She is a member of the CCAI Hague accreditation team and understands the unique challenges resulting from the complexities involved with intercountry adoption, including but not limited to requirements set by the child’s country of origin and USCIS (immigration). Committed to the idea that every child deserves a stable, loving home, Kimberly is dedicated to improving policy and practice in the best interests of children. Kimberly is a 2004 graduate of Regis University.
