Michael E. Buckley, Esq., is a director in the Las Vegas office of Fennemore, practicing in the area of commercial real estate. He is a founding member and chair of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Nevada and the lead editor of the Nevada Real Property Practice Manual (State Bar of Nevada 2021), the second edition of which is currently in production. Mr. Buckley is a former member and chair of the Las Vegas Planning Commission and the Nevada Commission for Common Interest Communities and Condominium Hotels. He is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, and the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers. He is a frequent presenter at programs on Nevada real estate law, including legislative updates.
