Micki O’Neil has led the development of CEDS Finance’s technical assistance department, which supports small businesses in strengthening their business operations, since 2021. CEDS Finance is a non-profit that provides loans to small businesses. Micki comes to CEDS with a wealth of experience as an entrepreneur, financial analyst, educator, and passionate advocate for underserved communities. A native to Colorado, she returned home in 2020 after years in Chicago, New York City, DC, and worldwide travels.
