She is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Texas and has spent the past 20 years as in-house counsel for large companies, focusing on employment law, litigation, and operations. Prior to her in-house career, she practiced employment law and commercial litigation in private practice. Ella is now launching a mediation practice that draws on her decades of litigation, dispute resolution, and business experience. As she builds her practice from the ground up, she is connecting with the ADR community and exploring the strategies, tools, and lessons that contribute to sustainable mediation practices.
