Adam Smith, JD, joined the Protective Proceedings Audit team in the Financial Services Division of the State Court Administrator’s Office in December 2021. Prior to joining the Audit team, Adam served as a Protective Proceedings Monitor in the 20th Judicial District and worked as Deputy Probate Registrar in the 1st Judicial District. Prior to joining the Judicial Branch, Adam worked as a contract attorney for Promontory Financial Group. Adam holds a law degree from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Colorado State University.
