Palmer Skudneski, MS, MFTC, is a Marriage and Family Therapist and Teen Life Coach in Fort Collins, Colorado specializing in youth mental health and resilience, seeing clients online and in-person. As someone who lived through the fallout of a 10-year, high-conflict divorce, Palmer brings a rare combination of lived experience, clinical training, and five years of client work to his sessions and role at The Connected Family. His mission centers on helping families protect the emotional well-being of young people and equipping divorce professionals and divorced/divorcing parents with the tools needed to have an impact that will protect mental health for generations. Palmer holds a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University and has been published in “Family Therapy Magazine.”
