Jay E. Freedberg, CPA/ABV/CFF, is the Managing Member of Freedberg Ltd., Consultancy. Mr. Freedberg has over 25 years of experience in financial analysis and public accounting, with a focus on domestic relations matters. He specializes in valuations of closely held companies, forensic investigations, and litigation consulting. Mr. Freedberg has developed an extensive knowledge of various industrial classifications and complex commercial matters performing over 400 business valuations and forensic engagements. Jay has served as an expert witness in federal and state court matters, served as a court-appointed neutral appraiser, and also assisted a court-appointed accountant for receiverships. Prior to organizing Freedberg Ltd. in 2020, Mr. Freedberg enjoyed a successful career as an accountant and valuation analyst for Six Consulting, LLC, Shuster & Company, PC, and Gelfond & Associates, P.C.
