John Covert joined the Cushman Wakefield Residential Land Services team in January 2023 bringing his unique background working with land owners, residential developers, and the home building industry for the past 25 years. In 2001 John launched and directed the Colorado office for Metrostudy (now known as Zonda), one of the nation's largest and most respected market research and consulting firms for the home building industry. In that capacity John served builder, developer, investor, and lender clients with their market strategy and advisory needs. John has extensive experience with market strategy, feasibility studies, and local economic trends that impact land availability, lot demand, and product segmentation that drives successful communities. He continues to regularly meet the region's top builders and developers and is a seasoned presenter and industry advocate.
