Professor William Baude teaches federal courts, constitutional law, election law, and conflict of laws. He co-authored (with Professor Michael Stokes Paulsen) both Sweeping Section Three Under the Rug: A Comment on Trump v. Anderson, 138 Harv. L. Rev. 676 (2025) and The Sweep and Force of Section Three, 172 U. Pa. L. Rev. 605 (2024).  He clerked for Chief Justice John Roberts.
