Joanie Howe, PT, DPT, GCS, CDP, DCS is a physical therapist by training who serves as the clinical manager supporting a team of home health clinicians in your geographic area. Her multi-disciplinary team includes nurses, physical, occupational and speech therapists, medical social workers, and certified nursing assistants. Joanie has been a physical therapist for over thirty years and specializes in Geriatrics and Dementia care. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana and is Board certified by the APTA in Geriatrics. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner by the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.
