Daniel W. Warhola

18th Judicial District

The Honorable Daniel W. Warhola was appointed to the 23rd Judicial District (formerly the 18th Judicial District) in July 2024. He presides over a domestic relations docket. Prior to his appointment, Judge Warhola was an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Colorado from 2022-2024. Previously, he was a Senior Deputy District Attorney (2021-2022) and Deputy District Attorney (2014-2021) in the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office; and Deputy District Attorney in the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office (2013-2014). Mr. Warhola earned his B.S.B.A. from the University of Richmond in 2009 and his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2013.
