David F. Steinhoff
Solem Woodward & McKinley PCDavid F. Steinhoff is of counsel in the Englewood law firm of Solem, Harris & McKinley, P.C. The firm limits its practice to elder law, trusts, wills, disability, Medicaid, probate administration, probate litigation, and real estate. Mr. Steinhoff received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Denver. Prior to private practice, he served as a division director for Colorado Rural Legal Services
and as an assistant attorney general for Colorado. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association’s Trust and Estate and Elder Law sections. He has authored articles for The Colorado Lawyer and for the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association’s Trial Talk publication. He has taught classes to attorneys, community and medical groups, and the public. From 2002 to 2009, he served as deputy public
administrator for the 18th Judicial District.
