Tricia R. Cunningham, LLP Before becoming an LLP, Tricia supported high-asset, high-conflict family law cases at top Denver law firms and worked closely with general counsel at a major Colorado cooperative on sensitive legal matters. Her background spans civil law, estate planning, adoption, and domestic litigation. Tricia holds a BBA in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University and a Paralegal Certificate from Auburn University. She's licensed by the Colorado Supreme Court as an LLP and has been trusted by both attorneys and clients for her integrity, reliability, and results. Before relocating to Colorado, Tricia worked as a paralegal and studied at the Nashville School of Law in Nashville, Tennessee. In 2021, she and her family moved to Colorado to help support her son during a difficult divorce and custody battle. Having experienced a divorce herself after 22 years of marriage, Tricia brings a deep sense of empathy and understanding to her work. She draws from her own journey to support and advocate for others navigating similar challenges, offering not just legal guidance but compassion and clarity during an emotionally complex time. Outside of her professional life, Tricia cherishes time with her husband, children, and especially her granddaughter. Her life is grounded in faith and family, which remain her greatest sources of strength and inspiration.
