Marisol Solarte-Erlacher, MA, LPC (she/ella) is a trauma expert, speaker, trainer, therapist and consultant. Marisol started her work as a psychotherapist providing bilingual and culturally-resonant services to the Latine/x community. She has spearheaded research on ethnic and ego identity among Latinx adolescents, and she has presented locally and nationally. Most recently, using the same evidenced based platforms understood through psycho and neurobiological research, Marisol facilitates programming that strengthens employee resilience and enhances team performance. She works with nonprofit organizations, mid-sized corporations and public service entities. She hosts the 'Resilience and Resistance Podcast,' a celebrated podcast for successful BIPOC women to be seen, heard, and understood.
