Adam Gill, Esq., is a founder and Managing Director at GLS Capital, where he leads patent-related investments and sits on the firm's Investment and Valuation Committees. Adam led patent investment teams at two of the world's largest litigation finance providers before founding GLS Capital in 2018. He has evaluated thousands of patent opportunities and has underwritten and managed hundreds of millions of dollars of litigation finance investments. Prior to entering litigation finance, Adam was a partner in the patent litigation group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago. Before joining Kirkland & Ellis in 2004, Adam was a litigator in the Silicon Valley office of Dechert LLP where he practiced patent, trade secret, securities and antitrust litigation. Adam holds a J.D. from the University of California-Hastings College of the Law and a B.A. from the University of South Carolina.
