James Juo, Esq., is the current President of the Colorado IP Inn of Court and works on intellectual property matters involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. He also has handled UDRP proceedings over domain names, and litigated cybersquatting claims under the ACPA. In addition, he has written law review articles on a variety of intellectual property topics, and has an article about the possible impact of the Bad Spaniels decision on movie and television titles that is to be published in the upcoming issue of Landslide for the ABA's IP Law section.
