Katie Donohue, Esq., M.S.W., is an Assistant City Attorney with the City and County of Denver. Katie works in the Mental Health Unit, which handles mental health certifications, involuntary commitments for substance use, and extreme risk protection orders. Katie is also serving as an adjunct professor with the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work. She was previously a Deputy State Public Defender for the State of Colorado as well as an attorney with Texas RioGrande Legal Aid.
