Gary B. Blum, Esq., is an active practitioner at and part of the JAMS dispute resolution panel conducting mediations, arbitrations, special mastering, acting as a hearing office in cases, doing early neutral evaluations and case facilitations. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association Commercial and Complex Panels as well as a member of the American Health Lawyers Association Panel of Arbitrators and Dispute Resolvers. Mr. Blum was selected to be a member of the initial Colorado Panel of the National Association of Distinguished Neutrals. He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America in both alternative dispute resolution and healthcare law. He is listed in Colorado Super Lawyers in alternative dispute resolution, healthcare and administrative law. He routinely participates as an instructor in various training and CLE programs dealing with techniques of mediation, arbitration and rules of conduct issues that pertain to both. Mr. Blum is a longtime member of the Colorado Supreme Court Rules of Conduct Committee and a longtime member of the Colorado Bar Association Ethics Committee.  Mr. Blum has served on both the Federal Court Committee on Conduct as well as a former member of the Colorado Supreme Court Grievance committee.
