Don Jacobson, Esq., 's professional experience includes 45 years of trial practice and 25 years in mediation. Experienced in various approaches to conflict resolution, Don has lectured and authored several articles on using mediation techniques to prevent and resolve disputes. Don earned his bachelor of arts in government from The University of Texas and his law degree from the University of Denver. His formal post-graduate training includes the Harvard Negotiation Project. Don has taught at the University of Denver College of Law in the academic and internship programs and has lectured for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. He is a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations.
