Michael G. Sawaya, Esq., has practiced law in Colorado for 37 years. He started his law firm, also known as Sawaya, Rose, McClure & Wilhite, P.C., The Sawaya Law Firm, in 1977. The firm has offices in Denver and in Northern Colorado. The firm presently has 20 attorneys and a complementary staff of 86. The firm emphasizes auto injury cases; workers' compensation, Social Security Disability claims, Veterans' Administration Disability claims, product liability claims, medical and legal malpractice, and insurance bad faith and Fair Claims Practices class action cases. He has worked on thousands of injury cases and at any given time his firm has more than two hundred injury claims in litigation. He has personally taken more than 80 cases to a jury trial. He is a member of the CBA, the CTLA and the American Association for Justice.
