E Steven . Ezell
Buell & Ezell LLPMr. Ezell graduated from the University of Texas-Austin, (B.A. 1970) and St. Mary's University Law School (J.D. 1974). He was admitted to the Colorado bar in 1975.
He worked in the District Attorney's Office, Fourth District of Colorado, 1976-1983, and was Chief Deputy 1980-1983. He was a partner at Melat, Pressman, Ezell and Higbie, Colorado Springs from 1983-2000, and then at Buell & Ezell, LLP, from 2001- present.
He has been a member of the El Paso County Bar Association from 1975 - present; serving as President, 1993-1994; Board of Trustees, 2001-2003; Treasurer, 1988-1990; Membership Chair, 1978-1989; Probate Section Chair, 2006-2007; and Representative to Colorado Bar Association, 1990-1994.
His activities with the Colorado Bar Association began in 1975 - present. He has been Vice-President, 2003-2005; on the Board of Governors, 1990-1994; Professionalism Committee Chair, 1995-1997; on the Budget Committee, 1993-1995; on the Amicus Brief Committee, 1989-1993; and on the Professional Reform Task Force, 2001-2002.
His additional achievements include serving on the Colorado Supreme Court Disciplinary Panel from 1997- present. He has been a member of the Ben S. Wendelken Inn of Court from 1997- present; serving as President from 2000-2001.
