Jason Harrier, Esq., is the Lead Counsel of Intellectual Property at Plaid, where he is building an innovation program that supports patents, trademarks, open source, trade secrets, and IP litigation. He also supports Plaid's crypto and AI efforts. Jason was previously the Chief Patent Counsel at Capital One and was part of a small team that built a new patent program, which grew its portfolio from under 200 patents to over 2,400 and more than tripled the size of the inventor community in just four years.
