Honorable Michael H. Berger is a judge of the Colorado Court of Appeals. He received his bachelor's degree from Cornell University and his law degree from the University of Colorado. He presently serves as the chair of the Colorado Supreme Court Civil Rules Committee and is a member of the Colorado Supreme Court Standing Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct and the Colorado Supreme Court Appellate Rules Committee. He also serves on the Colorado Judicial Ethics Advisory Board. He is a long-time member of the CBA Ethics Committee and a former chair of that committee. He is a judicial fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He was an adjunct professor of Law at the University of Colorado School of Law.
