Samantha Weiser, Esq., is an associate attorney at Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin (“JBP”), and practices primarily in estate planning, probate, guardianships and conservatorships, and Medicaid. Prior to joining JBP, Sam received a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law (MSUCOL) in May 2023, and was sworn into the State Bar of Michigan in November 2023 and the State Bar of Colorado in February 2024. Sam is an active member of the Trust and Estate Section and the Elder Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association, as well as an active member of her community; during law school, she volunteered as guardian ad litem in a Michigan probate court and volunteered at numerous expungement fairs across the state of Michigan. Now, Sam volunteers at several elder law community events in various counties across Colorado. Sam has also previously received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor of Arts in Arabic with a minor in Muslim Studies, and a Master of Science in Law Enforcement Intelligence and Analysis, all from Michigan State University.
