Jessie Rember, Esq., has been a licensed attorney since 1989. Although much of her experience has been in insurance and banking regulatory work, her work has been focused almost exclusively on estate planning for the past ten years. It has been her privilege to volunteer as Inventory Counsel with the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel. Assisting with the wind down of law firms has expanded her understanding of the importance of succession planning for law firms. She is a member of the Trust and Estate Bar, as well as the Orange Book Forms Committee and Medical Power of Attorney subcommittee of the Colorado Bar Association. She is actively involved in Senior Law Day in Adams and Broomfield Counties and a contributor to the Senior Law Handbook for 2026 regarding Medical Advance Directives.
