Sherri Heckel Kuhlmann, Esq., is Chief Counsel for publically-traded Agrium's Retail segment. Agrium is a global, agricultural company traded on both the U.S. and Canadian stock exchanges, with approximately 1,500 Retail locations in the U.S., Canada, Australia and key areas of South America. Agrium's Retail business is the world's largest retail distributor of agricultural crop inputs, providing growers with fertilizer, crop protection products, seed, services and agricultural solutions. Agrium provides custom-built portfolios of products, services and advice to growers. This combination of products and services helps Agrium's farm customers achieve their yield goals and maximize their return on investments in an environmentally sustainable manner. Ms. Kuhlmann engages in a variety of legal matters for Agrium, including operational, transactional, litigation, intellectual property, compliance, employment and regulatory matters. She has been with the company for four years. Prior to joining Agrium, Ms. Kuhlmann was Deputy General Counsel and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer for Molson Coors Brewing Company. Altogether, as in-house and outside counsel, she served Coors-related companies for 16 years. Ms. Kuhlmann worked as outside counsel for the Coors' companies while with the law firm of Holme Roberts & Owen LLP, where she was a Partner for 10 years.
