David E. Kreutzer
Office of the Colorado Attorney GeneralDavid Kreutzer, Esq. has worked for the Colorado Attorney General's Office since 1996, focusing on hazardous and solid waste enforcement and corrective action. He also handles CERCLA remediation and cost-recovery issues, and serves on the AGO Colorado Open Records Act Committee. In 2008, Mr. Kreutzer was appointed the Hazardous & Solid Waste & CERCLA Litigation Unit leader, and now assists with natural resources damages matters. In 2010 Mr. Kreutzer became an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado School of Law, teaching Environmental Litigation. He frequently instructs for the Western States Hazardous Waste Project. Mr. Kreutzer was in private practice for six years prior to joining the AGO where he represented plaintiffs in toxic tort suits and non-profit environmental groups against federal land management agencies
