Elizabeth A. Weishaupl

Honorable Elizabeth Weishaupl (Ret.) retired from the 18th Judicial District Court after nearly 15 years on the bench. She now serves as a mediator/arbitrator/appointed neutral for JAMS. Prior to being appointed to the bench, Judge Weishaupl served as an Assistant United States Attorney, a First Assistant Attorney General for the Colorado Attorney General's Office, and a trial attorney in private practice. She has always been interested in the intersection of legal ethics and technology and served on judicial technology committees for the SCAO and on the Colorado Bar Association's Ethics Committee. She is active in the CBA and has served for several years on the Board of Governors, the CWBA on both the board and specialty committees and the local bars. She also is a founding member of the Sotomayor Inn of Court.
