Christopher Leh As an employment lawyer with nearly 30 years of experience representing employers of all sizes in a variety of industries, Christopher Leh focuses on providing cost-effective and personal service to his clients. A graduate of Princeton University's School of Public and International Affairs, he earned his law degree from NYU School of Law. After serving as a law clerk for U.S. District Judge Alfred A. Arraj, he entered private practice, where he was an attorney and partner of some of the best employment law firms in the country, including Holland & Hart, LLP, and Littler Mendelson, LLC. He returned to public service as a prosecutor, handling hundreds of hearings and trying dozens of cases to jury verdict. In 2013, he co-founded and is the managing partner of the Leh Law Group, LLC. He received a certificate in mediation from Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation and serves as a neutral in employment law-related mediations. As a result of these diverse experiences, Mr. Leh serves clients with a full range of skills as a counselor, negotiator, mediator, litigator, and trial attorney. He has served as co-chair of the Boulder County Bar Association's Labor & Employment Law Section and the co-chair of the Colorado Bar Association's Labor & Employment Law Section. He is a member of the Faculty of Federal Advocates' Jury Instructions Task Force. He is a frequent speaker on aspects of employment law. He earned an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America and SuperLawyers in management-side employment law.
