Natalie M. Hanlon-Leh

Natalie Hanlon Leh is the chief deputy attorney general for the State of Colorado. Ms. Hanlon Leh oversees litigation for the State and the legal counsel to all state executive and judicial agencies. She coordinates legal policy on behalf of Attorney General Phil Weiser and the Colorado Department of Law. Ms. Hanlon Leh worked for over 20 years in private practice - most recently serving as the co-partner in charge of WilmerHale's Denver office. Ms. Hanlon Leh also served as national Intellectual Property Practice Group leader and as office leader for Faegre Drinker's Denver office. Following a clerkship, Ms. Hanlon Leh started her career at the Legal Aid Society of Metropolitan Denver (now Colorado Legal Services). She is a past chairperson of the Colorado Bar Association's Intellectual Property Section, former president of the Colorado Women's Bar Association, past president of the Faculty of Federal Advocates, and past chair of the Legal Aid Foundation. Ms. Hanlon Leh received a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder and is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
