Justin D. Cumming, Esq., is a partner with Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP. He is a fifth-generation Coloradan who was raised on the family farm and ranch near Julesburg, Colorado. Justin received a B.S in Business Finance from Colorado State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Colorado. Justin is a director of the National Western Stock Show Association, chair of the Executive Livestock Committee and a member of the Junior Livestock Auction Committee for Stock Show, a trustee and past chair of the Colorado FFA Foundation, and a trustee for the Colorado Cattlemen's Foundation and the Cattlemen's Endowment Trust. Justin's practice emphasizes agricultural law including probate, real estate and other litigation involving farmers and ranchers.
