Mark A. Larson, Esq., is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, and complex civil litigation in State and Federal Court.  Mark's practice includes representing bankruptcy trustees, debtors, and creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings, including the prosecution and defense of adversary proceedings and contested matters arising under the Bankruptcy Code.  Mark is a former member of the Executive Counsel of the Solo/Small Firm Section and is the current co-chair of the Bankruptcy Subsection of the Colorado Bar Association, and a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.  In 2016, Mark received the Donald E. Cordova Distinguished Service Award by the Faculty of Federal Advocates which is presented to attorneys who take on pro bono matters to represent indigent debtors.  Mark received his B.S. from The University of Nebraska, his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver.
