Accord ADR Group

Steve Clymer is President and Founder of Accord ADR Group, where he serves as a mediator in all civil matters.  Accord ADR Group currently consists of himself and panel member Doug McQuiston. Steve has been an attorney since 1983 and a mediator since 1994.  He has worked exclusively as a neutral since 2000, and has mediated many thousands of disputes throughout the State of Colorado, including Personal Injury, Business, Real Estate, Construction, and other civil matters. He is a Charter Member of the Colorado Chapter of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, and currently he serves on the Professionalism Committee of the Boulder County Bar Association. rom 2004-2011, Mr. Clymer served as Adjunct Professor of Alternative Dispute Resolution at the University of Colorado School of Law in Boulder, Colorado, where he taught ADR and Negotiation courses.Mr. Clymer is also a frequent CLE speaker and panelist.  He served as Co-Chair of the Boulder County Bar Association's ADR Committee for several years, and was a Vice President of the Colorado Bar Association. Steve enjoys spending his free time playing music, traveling, and hiking.
