Since 2017, Casidy has worked exclusively in family law to guide clients through some of the most difficult times in their life. Her practice, beginning as a paralegal, is defined by a balance of technical precision and compassionate advocacy, ensuring that families navigating the court system feel supported and empowered. Casidy was admitted in 2024 as part of the inaugural cohort of Licensed Legal Paraprofessionals in Colorado, marking a historic step in expanding access to justice. As a member of the LLP Committee, she is committed to raising awareness of the LLP program and its role in providing affordable, high-quality representation to families across the state. Her dedication to family law is deeply personal. As a child of divorce, Casidy understands firsthand the challenges families face when navigating the judicial system. Today, as a wife and mother of two, her focus is on keeping children safe, protecting women from abuse, and, most importantly, strengthening families. Casidy’s work reflects her belief that family law is not only about resolving disputes, but also about preserving dignity, fostering stability, and creating pathways for healthier futures.
