Matthew S. Holman, Esq., First Assistant Attorney General, Appellate Division of the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Colorado. He has been a member of the Appellate Division since 1991.  His responsibilities include defending state felony convictions in the Colorado appellate courts and in federal habeas corpus actions.  Matt also oversees a team of appellate lawyers in the Division, and he serves on the Colorado Supreme Court Criminal Rules Committee and chairs the Colorado Bar Association's Appellate Practice Subcommittee.
