Carolyn Hariton is in-house counsel at First Data Corporation.  She serves on the Board of Directors and is Vice President and First Chair of the Programs Committee of the Colorado Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.  She was Chair of the Corporate Subsection of the Business Law Section of the CBA for 2004-2005 and will serve as Secretary-Treasurer for the 2005-2006 year. She has been on the Planning Committee of the Business Law Institute for the past two years.  For 2004-2005, she was on the Board of Directors and Secretary of the Colorado Association of Corporate Counsel and will serve as Vice President for the 2005-2006 year.  She is also on the Board of Directors of the local chapter of the Selective Service, a Presidential appointment.  As well as a law degree, she holds a Masters in Business from Johns Hopkins University, graduating with honors, and is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA Program in Health Administration at the University of Colorado.
